Eligibility for Returns

1. Return Window:

• Items can be returned within seven days from the date of Invoice.

2. Condition of Items:

• The product must not have been installed. It must be like new when purchased, clean & Free of any scratches, oil or Warranties.
• Any items marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
• Electrical Products are not eligible for return.
• It must be original Packaging without Dirt or Marks on the Box or Outer Packaging.

3. Proof of Purchase:

• No Product will be accepted for return unless accompanied by the Original Invoice.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

• Log in to your account at www.filtersexperts.com.
• Navigate to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
• Follow the prompts to submit your return request.

2. Shipping Your Return:

• Ship the item on following address:

  (Al – Jawharah, District Abdullah Bin Moammaral, Taimi road Jeddah 21111, Saudi Arabia).

• Please ensure the package is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.

3. Processing Time:

• Once we receive your returned item, it will take three business days to inspect and process your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• If you received a damaged or defective product, we would provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify your preferred replacement.
